- Discuss the principles and potential clinical applications of Liquid Biopsy in solid tumor diagnostics, prognostics and therapeutic response monitoring.
- Discuss the overall principles of massively parallel sequencing (next-generation sequencing) technologies and the challenges and opportunities associated with the incorporation of these tools into the daily practice of the pathologist.
- Discuss the genomic landscape and molecular based classifications of various solid tumors (lung, gynecologic and urologic malignancies). Review the clinically relevant genetic alterations in these malignancies and discuss the role of genetic testing in guiding management
