• Describe the basic molecular mechanisms involved in melanoma
• Select an appropriate set of ancillary diagnostic tests to aid in the diagnosis of a borderline melanocytic lesion

• Recognized cutaneous adnexal tumors that are associated with hereditary cancer predisposition syndromes
• Utilize appropriate ancillary techniques for the diagnosis of select cutaneous adnexal tumors
